When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
We ship orders Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email which will include your tracking number. You can track your order using the link in this email.
A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that some locations have a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

TAXES & DUTIES
Please note, if your delivery destination is outside the EU, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment may be required by customs to release your order, depending on the value of your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order, as different countries have variable procedures.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are in any way unhappy with your order, goods can be exchanged or returned. Please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or refund. Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the Distance Selling Regulations if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke/made-to-measure goods.
On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, Customer Care will email you a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please enter this on the Returns Form that you received with your order, and include the form with your return so we can process your refund promptly.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We will not be responsible for any items you have chosen to send to us that are lost or missing.
All returns should be sent to us in the original packaging provided and from the country that the order was delivered to. The goods must be returned unused, unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels and tags attached. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original tags, labels and packaging will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Accepted returns will be credited to the original payment method. We estimate that refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.
Cost of returned goods will be refunded, excluding the original cost of shipping.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on www.funlayoderi.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
